Dr. Bagley is board certified in Brain Injury Medicine for adults and pediatrics! We see patients from motor vehicle collisions, sports injuries, and any other accidents resulting from a concussion. 

Dr. Bagley provides Nerve Conduction Studies of both upper and lower extremities to evaluate for carpal tunnel syndrome, neuropathy, low back and neck injuries.

Dr. Bagley provides medical Botox injections for migraines, lower limb spasticity, and upper limb spasticity due to complications of stroke, brain injury or Cerebral Palsy. 

We are currently accepting new patients interested in physical therapy services or home exercise programs! We  treat low back, neck and joint pain! Any patient currently in physical therapy can also benefit from treatment by a Rehabilitation physician for a personalized plan! 

We specialize in managing post-stroke complications and rehabilitation including: loss of mobility, loss of speech, equipment prescription, referrals, and counseling/ family education!

Dr. Bagley performs Independent Medical Evaluations, Impairment Ratings, Workers Compensation cases, Second Medical Opinions, Record Reviews, Medical-Legal Evaluations, and Disability Evaluations.
